The five dysfunctions of a team
This is the title of a classic book about Management and Leadership. I have read it almost 10 years ago and I still find it fundamental for building world-class teams.
There are several reference materials on this subject, but Patrick Lencioni’s book remains an excellent guideline about where to start from in order to build a TEAM.
The pyramid contains all these 5 dysfunctions. In addition, on the lateral side of the pyramid, we can clearly see what each of these dysfunctions may generate.
Bottom-line, everything starts with Trust.
The Trust is fundamental. Having Trust, we can use our values and exceed all the expectations!
